The Role
Based in their high performing Services department, you will be the first point of contact for the company's support workers, clients and other key stakeholders for the maintenance of accurate rosters. 
Maintaining a high level of organisation skills, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Coordinate rostering requests promptly to meet client needs
  • Update and maintain roster changes in the system
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to address staffing and rostering issues
  • Stay current with programs, policies, and procedures to advise support workers
  • Respond to consumer and staff inquiries, redirecting to the Rostering Team Leader as needed
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks as required 
  
What will I need to succeed?
  • Experience in a scheduling/rostering position with a fast-paced environment is desirable 
  • Will consider applicants with Workforce Planning, Contact Centre, or Medical Administration experience
  • A Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance will be required
  • Exceptional customer service with a friendly and confident phone manner 
  • Experience with Procura / Lookout Way Software is essential
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
