The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR and recruitment matters.
Additionally, you will:
- Process employee documentation including contracts, onboarding, position descriptions, and database maintenance
- Assist hiring managers with end to end recruitment and staff coordination - phone screening, shortlisting, compliance and reference checks
- Coordinate job advertising across multiple recruitment platforms and ensure posting accuracy.
- Maintain the administration and maintenance of recruitment records, employee documentation and associated approval processes.
- Complete regular reporting to support industrial agreement implementation
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide advice on hiring strategies and compliance requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement across HR quality, workforce operations and compliance frameworks
What will I need to succeed?
- Proven experience in a Internal Recruitment Coordinator role or HR Administrator role
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and Award/Agreement interpretation
- Proven experience with systems including Dayforce (desirable)
- WWCC and Police Check required for the role
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A positive, proactive self-starter with a “can do” attitude
