You will be working for a reputable organisation who provide choices for people with a disability, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community. Their head office is based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, with public transport close by.
  
The Role

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating administration recruitment activities across a range of internal vacancies, supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Administer and maintain job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate staff and candidate enquiries to ensure timely responses throughout on boarding processes
  • Assist with employee on-boarding documentation for new hire such as background and VEVO checks, contracts and letters of offers, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Maintain strong and professional relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that contributes to overall organisation culture
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the online recruitment system

What will you need to succeed? 
  • Proven experience in an Internal Talent/Recruitment Administration role
  • Experience in NFP, Healthcare or Disability services preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer centric approach
  • Both Working with Children Check and NDIS Clearance check are required
