The Company
Work for a reputable not-for-profit organisation community based organisation who provide choices for people with a disability, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community. Their head office is based in the inner-city western Suburbs of Melbourne, with free car parking available.
The Role
Working within the Marketing and Communications team, you will be providing a high level of administration support to a product development project.
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Oversee smooth execution of project operations and workflows
- Maintain and update the Master Excel spreadsheet with product data and formatting
- Utilise Microsoft Excel extensively for data filtering, formatting, sorting, tabling and data population
- Provide data entry and administration for product information and updates
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate meetings
- Generate purchase orders, process invoices, and manage high-resolution supplier advertisements
What you will need to succeed?
- Proven experience in an administration/coordinator/data specialist role within a project based environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment with a willingness to jump in and help!
