The Company
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join this dynamic membership based organisation within the education sector. Their corporate head offices, based in Southbank, are conveniently located near public transport and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. The Role 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Process and onboard new members into the system
  • Manage customer communication and correspondence via phone and email
  • Handle customer data collection and update information as needed
  • Prepare annual invoices 
  • Update credit card payment details, process card payments and create credit card reports
  • Provide operational support to the team as required
  • Assist with various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
  
What you will need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in administration/senior customer service/finance or membership administration position
  • Experience working in government or the public sector would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent experience with high volume data entry with intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong ability to adapt to new systems
  • Client-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Enthusiastic, confident, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
