The Role

As a Marketing Specialist you will design and deliver personalised CRM and email campaigns that nurture leads and convert them into enrolments for this organisation. You’ll bring data, creativity, and technology together to create engaging journeys across the student lifecycle.
  • Plan, build, and deliver effective CRM and email campaigns, including automated journeys, triggered communications, and retargeting activity.
  • Develop engaging content that reflects the organisation’s brand tone and resonates with target audiences.
  • Use Microsoft D365 Customer Insights and other MarTech tools to design personalised experiences that guide leads from awareness through to enrolment.
  • Analyse CRM performance data to identify insights and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with social, web, and campaign teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
  
What will you need to succeed?
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to create personalised journeys that drive conversions and improve customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team.
