The Company
We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager of HR at a renowned not-for-profit organisation in Richmond. Based in their corporate head office, the role offers the chance to engage with multiple teams across the organisation, along with the flexibility to work from home one day per week following an initial training period.
The Role
The role is traditional and diverse, where your main responsibility will be to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include having to:
- Provide high-level executive and HR administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage a complex diary, inbox, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support onboarding, team coordination, and general HR office operations
- Track and maintain key priorities and action items for the HR team
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, board papers, and executive correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a key liaison for the GM
- Oversee employee compliance reporting, including WWCC, influenza vaccinations, and professional certifications/registrations
- Monitor leave reporting to ensure managers review and address excessive leave
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in a executive/personal assistant/team coordinator role with a fast paced and complex environment
- Exposure or experience in HR or healthcare (highly desirable but not essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet reporting deadlines and business requirements
- A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
