The Company
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support a Chief Officer within an award winning not-for-profit organisation based in either Heidelberg or Werribee. You will be working in their warm and welcoming offices, with some travel to sites required, with the added flexibility to work from home 2 days per week after training.
  

The Role
The role is varied and traditional, where your main responsibility will be to perform confidential executive administrative tasks for the Chief Officer to maximise efficiency. 

You will build strong, trusted relationships across the Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders whilst ensuring the CEO is ahead of commitments and priorities at all times. Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver high-level executive, research and secretarial support
  • Serve as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Complex diary management
  • Coordinate meetings and day-to-day operations for the CEO
  • Coordinate conferences, travel and accommodation
  • Produce speeches, reports, presentations and executive correspondence
  • Attend executive meetings and prepare agendas, board papers and minutes
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the Executive Leadership Team, staff, consumers and key stakeholders
  
What will you need to succeed?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives 
  • Exposure to the Health Care or Aged Care industry is highly desirable (not essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to build, influence and develop strong trusting relationships
  • A professional and mature approach as well as immaculate presentation
  • Exercise judgement and discretion at all time
