The Role
Working in a large team, you will play a pivotal role with customers and partners in relation to all aspects of loans after settlement. You will also become a subject matter expert to all internal and external stakeholders as well as the wider team.
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e.telephone, email and webchat
- Produce customer correspondence
- Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and identify risks
- Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines
- Database management and reporting
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
- Experience within call centre and/ or lending would be highly desirable
- Experience as a broker, lending specialist, and settlements officer would be advantageous but not essential
- Super enthusiastic problem solver who loves being on their feet
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- A customer service focus and passion for going the extra mile!
