The Role
As a leader and mentor, this role plays a key part in shaping a positive and memorable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
- Leading and coaching a team of reception professionals across extended hours
- Redesigning front‑desk processes by introducing smarter systems, automation and more efficient ways of working
- Creating a welcoming and engaging waiting environment to ensure clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive
- Strengthening the patient’s welcome journey through ongoing refinement of service standards and support practices
- Working closely with clinical and organisational leaders to align reception operations with broader service and strategic priorities
- Leveraging data, insights and participant feedback to improve satisfaction, enhance service quality and boost operational efficiency
What you will need to succeed?
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Working knowledge of Medicare systems
