About The Company
There is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to provide quality accounts and administration support to an industry leader in manufacturing. Their head office is based in Epping, with ample car parking on site.
The Role
Situated within the Finance Team, you will be responsible for full function Accounts Payable, Receivable and payroll administration including:
- Support the timesheet process for weekly and fortnightly payment runs and upload payments using MYOB Account Right
- Receipt invoices & processing payment collections
- Liaise and setting up new Suppliers
- Attend to accounts payable and receivable queries
- Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Follow up on outstanding invoices with clients
- Prepare and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
- Book medical appointment for new employees
- Complete production checks and safety audits
- Support warranty processes and document control
- General administration such as answering phones, greeting visitors and maintain office supplies
To be successful for this position, you will need…
- Proven experience in a Accounts Payable/Receivables/Bookkeeper role
- Experience with Accounting systems such as MYOB
- Strong accuracy attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and the ability to self manage
- Have a "can-do" and enthusiastic attitude
