The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader and Category Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality end to end support across operations. This is a client-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, particularly when managing sales records and administration.
You will also be responsible for:
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers
  • Manage end-to-end customer enquiries, including handling escalations, and providing resolutions where required.
  • Negotiate supplier terms to ensure alignment with current market value
  • Maintain sales documentation including, contracts, invoices, quotes and customer records
  • Generate timely reports, forecasts and current market activity
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for representatives attending trade shows and events
  • Maintain records of stock availability for construction materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with wider departments to ensure project requirements are met
  
What will I need to succeed?
  • Proven experience in a customer service/data processing/administration/coordination position
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and processing quotes is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills with strong attention to detail  (experience with a CRM is desired)
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with a consultative approach
