The Company
An opportunity exists for an Administrator to join this reputable national leader in claims management for accident & illness insurance and workers' compensation. Their lovely and modern offices are based in Spring Hill, very close to public transport and car parking nearby, with a supportive and family like culture which makes coming into work, that much better!
The Role
Maintaining a high level of organisation and client experience, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Answer general phone calls and answer first level claims enquiries
- Processing of claims
- Act as a liaison between clients and Case Managers
- Sort incoming mail and organise couriers
- Record EFT details and reconcile payments
- Database administration
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- General administration tasks for the office including ordering of stationary and kitchen and office supplies
- Other adhoc admin duties as required
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience in a customer service or administration role within a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude who can work well within a team
