What does the role entail?
Reporting to the Administration Manager and working within a finance team of 10, this accounts receivable role will be highly responsible for:
  • Oversee customer accounts by ensuring timely invoice payments and managing overdue balances
  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit adjustments, and account statements
  • Apply payments and resolve discrepancies in accounts
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure balanced records and track incoming payments
  • Respond to account inquiries regarding billing, payments and balances
  • Conduct credit assessments and review credit limits
  • Maintain internal databases to reflect recent account activity
  • Provide general administrative support the wider finance team
What experience is required?
  • Proven experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable role or a similar finance/administration processing role
  • Exposure using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly desirable but not essential)
  • Strong reconciliation and financial administration skills
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Thrives in a busy environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
