The Company

Our client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic accounts receivable professional to join their finance team! You will be working for a leading community based organisation who provide choices for people with a disability, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community. Their head offices are based in North Rye, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. 
  
The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable.

Maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail, your duties will include:
  • Manage customer accounts, invoicing, payments and reconciliations
  • Drive collections and aged debt recovery
  • Prepare invoices, credits and account statements
  • Review and correct Salesforce-related invoicing issues
  • Reissue corrected invoices and follow through to payment
  • Resolve billing queries, payment discrepancies and account issues
  • Conduct credit checks and manage customer credit limits
  • Support AR reconciliations, backlog management and wider Finance administration
   
What experience is required?
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role 
  • Experience using MYOB and/or Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience in an NDIS environment is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong reconciliation and financial administration skills
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Thrives in a busy environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
