The Role
Reporting to the Country Manager (Australia & New Zealand), you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You will work closely with external partners and the international finance team to ensure accurate financial processing and efficient administrative support.
Key Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Support expense management and payroll administration
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements
  • Maintain and improve financial processes and controls
  • Liaise with international teams, including the UK finance function
  • Provide general financial administration support across the business
   
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in an all round Accounts/Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant role
  • Exposure to the health, medical or similar industries would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices
  • Experience using ERP systems (Xero or Avante desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Driven and motivated professional who will contribute to a positive and growing culture
