She has a knack for understanding the client’s needs, with an emphasis on culture fit, resulting in high quality placements. Due to Hayley’s reputation in the industry, her network grows through referrals due to her professionalism, respect and integrity in the way she deals with people. Alongside her Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Psychology, Hayley is a specialist in Human Resources and Leadership recruitment.
